My last quilt, Twilight Hopscotch, was finished in late March, had nearly 1,000 pieces and took only six days to piece because it was a gift for a birthday that was fast approaching.
In contrast, this is all I have to show for my current quilt, Charmed Whirligigs, which I started a month ago. Love the easy pattern, love the fabric, got the time, just need the motivation.
Time to set a schedule: Memorial Day. Pieced and quilted. Ready, set, go!
Me,
Jane
HI Jane,
Today I noticed you were at the bottom of my Favorite Blogs list, not posting anything new for over 5 weeks!
I'm having the same trouble as you, and this is a first for me. I'm usually racing from one project to the next. For some reason, lately, I find any excuse possible to avoid my sewing room.
Maybe it's just the weather, Cooper and I have been outside enjoying the sun and warm temperatures every chance we get.
I like your pattern and your fabric choice, good luck with your end of May deadline.....I'll try to do the same!
